Isolde’s third floor room and bath came with an outdoor patio and a wonderful personality. Probably the best vrbo I have ever stayed at. Isolde was the perfect host. She welcomed us to her gorgeous eclectic home as if we were members of her family. The parking spot that comes with the room is in a gated area around the corner. We never moved our car until we departed. Good restaurants in the area. Gorgeous street. Any other superlatives would be appropriate.

Philadelphia History

Fabulous location, walked to museums and historic sites in Philadelphia. We felt very comfortable in the home and really enjoyed our stay! Note that the Hop On-Hop Off tour bus comes right down the street; you can get off close by.

We loved the house and everything around it! The street we stayed on was actually part of the sightseeing tour! A whole lot of history around the area. I would recommend to anyone that loves history to stay in this house and also the owner was very nice and knowledgeable about the area.

A Perfect Stay

Everything about our experience was outstanding. The home is on a beautiful street near Washington Square, which is a great location to most everything. The host is warm and hospitable. Our space had a very comfortable bed and private bathroom. The included parking was a real plus and the deck was an extra bonus, allowing us to sit in the sun and relax during our busy weekend with family. Highly recommended!

A beautiful location

Isolde was absolutely wonderful and you're missing out if you don't stay here. There's a cute little balcony with some privacy and the location is so close to many historic sites. I would absolutely stay again.

Entire 3rd floor to myself, bedroom, bathroom, rooftop deck, lovely host, super safe neighborhood near all things historic, parked my car in safe, gated parking and left it there for 2 days, I'm a single woman in sixties, would 200% stay here again

Cozy spot, amazing location, lovely host

Perfect alternative to a hotel room for a single or couple visiting Philadelphia. Location in Society Hill neighborhood is extraordinary - close to all the historic spots. Isolde is a lovely host, gives you space or open to a conversation - your choice. My husband and I won't hesitate to book this cozy space again.

Isolde is a wonderful woman who provides a fantastic VRBO experience! She was very helpful and responsive all weekend and serves a lovely continental breakfast where you can chat with her and get to know more about herself & her home! The location is very walkable and I could not recommend it more.

Wonderful Location

The property is located within a 10 minute walking distance of independence park historical locations with the opportunity to be within the local atmosphere. It is also a 25 minute walk from the convention center. Food options are nearby along with the host being gracious to us for use of kitchen. Parking is located within a gated lot with solid security surrounding it. It was a wonderful location and would stay here again if given the opportunity. Highly recommend.

Philly Trip

I’m very thankful I was able to stay at this location. Isolde is a wonderful hostess and it was great to meet her and chat with her family as well! The off street parking was a great accommodation to have and Lyfts were plentiful in the area and more affordable than I expected. The outside porch with seating was an added bonus. The location is unmatched and so close to everything. The bedroom is cozy and has a very homey vibe. We are already planning our next stay! Thank you for a great experience.

My 16 year old son and I were in town for an event at Lincoln Financial Field. This was the perfect place to stay! It was in walking distance to historic sites and a quick Uber trip to our event. Our host, Isolde, was absolutely wonderful!

Nice quiet & charming place in Old City / Society Hill
