  • Philadelphia is waiting for you at this superb 2-bedroom house. With 2 queen beds, WiFi, heating, and AC, guests will feel right at home. This gorgeous property boasts 1.5 bathrooms and a quaint atmosphere that is perfect for a relaxing getaway. We hope you enjoy what our place and Philadelphia has to offer. The house is two stories with bedrooms on the second floor. There are stairs.
    A few steps up to the front door.
    The house is two levels. Bedrooms and the full bathroom are upstairs and require a climb.

    Currently, there is only one television on premises (in living room-common area), powered by Fire Stick. News and music can be accessed through the Alexa app.

    The property is our residence. Please take care to leave the space in the same or better condition as at arrival.

Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Rinse & leave dishes in dishwasher. No need to run washer. Secure garage in & tie bags. Leave home in same/better condition as check-in. Be sure to check that no personal belongings are left behind.
Press the August logo on the keypad to lock the door. Electronic access will end at the conclusion of the stay. Return physical key if issued. The is a $250 re-keying charge if lost.
Turn thermostat to off or set 85 degrees cool, permanent hold (May-Oct). Place used linens in bathroom basket. Close and lock windows. Check for personal belongings are left behind. Safe travels!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

To protect the plumbing, flush only toilet paper and do not pour oils in the sinks.
Please no shoes on the light carpet on stairs and upstairs, if you can help it. To make you feel at home, we provide slippers.
A replacement charge may be applied for items broken or stained beyond repair.
