Nice small cozy apartment

Was traveling for the weekend with my children and this place was the perfect size. The host was even generous enough to leave me birthday balloons. I would definitely stay there again when I come back.

Family Xmas mini getaway

Our overall stayed was okay because this place was closed by to all places we wanted to visit not more than 20 minutes away. Although I do have an honest opinion because I am a clean freak and have kids and I want to recommend them to have a little bit more cleanest and a upgrade in the future. I can’t complaint communicating with them because I was answered in a very friendly/speedy manner, there I give them 5 Stars. Also for the price and size of the house you can’t bit it 😉. Thank you!

Good trip few concerns

This location may not seem desirable but it was a very safe place. Short trip from the airport which was helpful. A few minor things need to be repaired and maintained but otherwise I would stay here again

Darby stay

The property was very clean and nicely decorated. Was glad I did not have to parallel park. Parking was right next to the apt and loved the easy way to get in and out of the apt.

Neighborhood was surprising helpful.

Overall, the property was nice and comfortable. The only concern was that the floor going into the bathroom was a little soft.

The apartment was very spacious and is was neat and clean. It was very close to my family, it is a 2 minute walk to a Trolley that goes to city hall Philly. I most certainly will be booking this unit again.

Great Communication

The host was amazing! He quickly responded and fixed an issue we had with the water. He restocked our coffee and water without being asked. He checked in with us to see if we needed additional towels. He was a pleasure to rent from!

Decent place to stay. Clean. Great host. Area was not ideal, but we made it work for a couple of nights. There is a bar across the street and it got a little roudy Saturday night and there were cops and an ambulance called; Not sure the situation. Train comes through every few hours right by house which was slightly annoying and scary when you're asleep.

Very close to freight train tracks.

We only stayed one night and would like the remainder of the stay to be refunded. The oven door fell off. The bathroom was not terribly clean. The 3 bed bedroom had plaster flaking off of the ceiling. The host was extremely easy to contact and accommodating. He did say we should receive a refund for the additional 3 nights.
