This is a residential building, so occasional sounds from neighboring units are possible. We ask all guests to be respectful of the community and quiet hours.

🚫 House Rules
No parties, large gatherings, smoking, or disruptive behavior. A noise-monitoring device is installed to help maintain a peaceful environment. It measures sound levels but does not record conversations or audio. The unit is also supplied with a BLINK security door cam which only records the front door and not into the unit.

🧻 Supplies
We provide an initial supply of essentials such as toilet paper and basic kitchen supplies. Guests staying longer are responsible for replenishing items as needed.
