Location is everything—and our duplex puts you right in the center of it all. Whether you're here for a convention, exploring University City, the Arts District, Rittenhouse, Chinatown, Queen Village, the Gayborhood, or historic Old City, this is the perfect home base for your stay.

Whole Foods, popular restaurants, bars, shopping, and a dog park are all just a short walk away. For added convenience, 24/7 garage parking is located just down the street.

Step inside our two-level apartment and enjoy the timeless character of a historic 1918 home, thoughtfully updated with modern furnishings. The unique bi-level layout features a cozy fireplace, a spacious outdoor deck with city views, and a kitchen bathed in natural light from two skylights—perfect for a morning coffee or tea.

It’s a nice 2 bedroom option in a perfect location. The steps are somewhat challenging. The separate location of the living room allows some nice separation if you have 3 adults with 1 in the living room. Can’t beat the location!
