"Great customer service "

"It’s like a Studio Apartment. It’s equipped for cooking and serving for 1-2 people. Restroom is modern and amply supplied. The towels are Motel level, unfortunately. It can be noisy bcuz it’s located on a main Street by Ontario Int’l Airport and a Train located directly behind it that runs all night, but not annoyingly loud. The bed is very soft with comfortable pillows. Blackout curtains. A lot of space for clothes in drawers. For the daily rate it’s a great hotel. Rental car agency next door and Bys stop directly in front that takes you to the Ontario International Airport for $2. "

"Stayed for one night for a family of 4. Although the room was big enough with a living area, the layout was off. Bathroom sink is facing king bed, which makes sleeping at night awkward as the lights are right in front of the bed if u need to use the bathroom. It’s carpeted around the sink also, which is kinda gross. Please wear sandal, shoes or socks at all times. The carpet is extremely dirty. Wore socks in the room, and being there for only about 30 mins, bottom of my white socks were black. A bit moldy in the shower floors (wear sandals when showering). Only one elevator was in service. So it took forever to get to the 5 floor. Leaving our floor took about 15 min, because it was always full and leaving with all luggages, stroller and family was a struggle. Also, it stopped on every floor. Location was good as it right next to Ontario mills outlet."

"Walls to thin u can hear everything people was loud all night long and having there kids stomp all night other then that hotel is very nice and clean would stay there again just on the top floor"

"The steakhouse was welcoming, and the food was excellent. When I went to extend my stay, I was told they were sold out and that there was nothing I could do. I am a Gold member, and I felt utterly dismissed by the lady at the front desk. Worst experience I've had with Hilton staff."

"What I liked about the property was the attention to detail the cleanliness. The room looked good didn’t smell. The bed was nice. The furniture was nice. The bathroom was nice. The floor was nice. The walls were nice. The curtains were nice. The air-conditioning is a little out of date and the employees will rule their service cards real early in the morning and it wakes you up. It’s just louder. You could hear them on different floors going to room to room and that’s kind of disturbing if they can get something that’s a little bit more quieter that would be nice. Otherwise this is one of the best Motel 6 that I’ve ever stood at."
