The Accommodation

Ideal location: Situated right near the city centre, this 160-square-meter loft is a 10-minute walk from the heart of the city, right next to the Osterfeld Kulturhaus. Restaurants, cafes, and shopping options are right on your doorstep, inviting you to take a stroll.

Start your day with a cup of coffee and enjoy the numerous amenities this apartment has to offer.


Features: The apartment has 2 bedrooms. One is furnished with a 140x200 cm double bed and a 90x200 cm single bed. The other bedroom has two 90x200 cm single beds that can be pushed together if needed.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stove, a refrigerator/freezer, and all the essential utensils needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a shower and a bathtub.

Fresh towels are, of course, provided.

Here are a few house rules to ensure a tidy and pleasant stay for all guests. We want you to feel at home, so please treat the property with the same care as if it were your own. We ask that you observe these rules:

1. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m., check-out is by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. Early check-in or late check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay past the agreed-upon check-out time or delay our cleaning staff are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.


2. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not permitted, including on balconies or in common areas (e.g., hallways). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of at least €300, plus the costs for special cleaning and damage repairs.

3. Guests exceeding the number specified in the reservation are not permitted. We charge €50 per night of the reservation for each unauthorised guest.

4. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed and must be registered before arrival.
Pets must be registered. Violations of our pet policy and unregistered pets may result in a separate cleaning fee, including damages (at least €200). Guests with service animals are asked to contact us before their stay.

5. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys and remote controls.

6. Noise-level monitoring systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.

7. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service department.

By making a reservation, the guest agrees to the above house rules without reservation.
