The hotel is very nice, the sea view room was very large with a big balcony, parking is extra although that is normal nowadays, if you get to breakfast early you will have a better selection.
Where the hotel needs action is the attention to detail, staff numbers need to be increased at breakfast there was one lady working very hard trying to host, clear plates, restock food items etc...which she couldn't do all the tasks on her own.
Please put a button to raise the car park barrier on the front desk so the receptionist doesnt have to spot you and run out, or you have to go back inside to look for someone.
They have a lovely hotel with hard working staff but it is let down by inadequate numbers and it would seem lack of training which is down to management.
When we visited about 6pm both the swimming pools were very cold, also the hot tub and jets around the pool not working.
