"Visited the hotel during tough time for tourism. It was rather empty with only another family staying there that night. Lovely, clean rooms, warm upon arrival, which was a nice touch on a chilly autumn evening. Although they produce wine, no wine tasting available. Spa doesn't invite when its facilities are all off and switched on only upon request. But we do understand it's not very eco-friendly to have facilities on when there are no guests. Elle m'a réclamé un document sur papier et jusqu'à aujourd'hui, je ne sais toujours pas lequel. Elle a pris des renseignements inutiles, étonnée même qu'elle ne réclame pas mon groupe sanguin( humour). Le check-in le plus compliqué de toute ma vie. Bref! Pour quelques euros de plus, j'aurais eu 10 fois meilleur accueil et meilleurs prestations. "
