Impressive farmhouse for 12 people in Mallorca, perfectly equipped with a large private pool of 80 m² and surrounded by nature.



The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, there are 6 comfortable double rooms with individual beds, all with en-suite bathrooms equipped with bathtub and shower. Each room has access to a balcony, and two of them also have private covered terraces with porch and outdoor furniture.



On the first floor are the laundry room, a courtesy bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living-dining room. From here, access is provided to a terrace with an automatic awning, ideal for enjoying the impressive views of the natural surroundings. The living room has Wi-Fi connection.



The villa offers all amenities: air conditioning cold/heat, satellite television, safe, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, porch, barbecue, and covered parking.
