  • Stunning country house in a beautiful estate of 20,000 square meters just outside the village of Petra, recently built retaining the rural style of its sorroundings.

    The property has a house of 400 sqm with beautiful interiors. The house is decorated with taste and quality furniture and is very spacious and bright. It has a beautiful hall, one living room with direct access to the porch, a large modern kitchen, 4 double bedrooms (2 double and 2 twin) and 4 bathrooms, one en suite with spa bath.

    The exterior of the house is superb, the garden has an area of 10,000 m with a large lawn around the pool, sunny terrace with sunbeds, located directly opposite the house.



    The village of Petra has an old town that has been declared of cultural interest; outside the village, stands out the Sanctuary of Bonany, located in a stunning nature reserve offers excellent panoramic views of Pla de Mallorca, the Tramuntana mountains and the Bay of Alcudia.

    The property is only 20 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of Sa Coma and S'Illot.
