The pool and hot tub were amazing. We loved the free shuttle to the casino. The staff was more than helpful when we had questions.

This is a nice property, comfortable and convenient to locations. Breakfast has changed over the years but still okay. Enjoyable night and clean room.

The complimentary trolley to the casino was very convenient. The pool and hot tub was very nice..we enjoyed the hours of operation. The free breakfast was very good with many choices of items.

Great staff, beautiful view from our room, quiet and very clean. Shuttle to the casino was an added bonus! I would book this hotel again!

The hotel definitely needs to be updated! It would be nice to have the casino on the same premis!! It was a good deal but I would prefer the convenience of a one-stop shop! The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly!

Good location near to multiple ski hills. Nice lobby, nice room. Bed was comfy with good pillows. Shower had very low water pressure and water never got hot, just lukewarm. Breakfast was subpar

Nice property. Pool goes to adult only at 10pm so thats nice. Shuttles to and from the casino. Breakfast included, just wish it ran a little latter.

Great place
The employees were great, front desk was so helpful, went out of thier way, to giving my sister a pop because she needed a clear one, willing to offer us a different room bigger but couldnt because i used hotels.com, but we now know that they work w customers, especially if you up there for a hospital surgery or something medical. Breakfast was great, didnt use pool or hot tub this time but looked nice and clean. Front desk people really was absolutely amazing. Will go there again.

Room number was said out loud. No direction was given to the elevator. Rooms smelled or old cigarettes. Food was on the floor from previous guests. Would not stay here again. Too many other options in the area.

Losing it’s luster.
This will be the fourth year Neuro I have stayed here. During the winter time. The room was disappointing, it needed a deep clean in the bathroom. It was showing signs of where all throughout the hotel room. The staff was very good. the breakfast was more than adequate.

I liked that they have transportation from hotel to casino waiting outside almost 24/7. I didnt actually go to the casino oncthis stay but its nice to know there is thag option. What i didnt like, is that the rooms coulda been a little cleaner. Not that they were horrible, but you could tell whoever does the cleaning only cleans if it "appears" dirty

Enjoyed the casino shuttle what I didn't like was I was harrassed but what I assume was a homeless person outside the door and in the lobby. She also slept on the bench in the lobby and verbally attacked me for walking by her. She wasn't something I expected from a reputable hotel in the area. I was uncomfortable. The desk personel seems used to her and wasn't phased she just verbally attacked me. Infact the desk clerk didn't say anything. I don't think I'd stay there again.
