Full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV/internet, and outdoor grill. Downtown Boyne City location makes it an easy 10 minutes walk to downtown, 5 mins to Family Fare grocery store. A short drive to Boyne Mountain and Young State Park. The back deck overlooks a spacious back yard with privacy fences on both sides for fun backyard games.
