- Enjoy the view of Lake Michigan/Little Traverse Bay. Great for a family vacation. Steps from the water, sandy beach, park, marina, pier, playground, bike path, Bear Creek and the charming village of Petoskey. Short drive or bike ride to Charlevoix and Harbor Springs, 2 miles to the Odawa Casino and near all winter sports.
Our home was recently renovated and furnished for your comfort.
This listing is for the downstairs level of our home which includes a full length lake facing deck, open concept living - dining - kitchen area, master bedroom with a queen bed, second bedroom with a queen/twin bunk bed, den with a queen sofa bed (the den has sliding doors for privacy but you do need to pass through the den to access the master bedroom and bath), there a 2 full baths both with a shower/soaking tub combination and a washer/dryer.
The upstairs is also a 1 bedroom/ 1 bath vacation rental that is usually rented to a couple but does sleep 3 - Listing # 346421. The upstairs unit does not extend over the downstairs bedroom/den area.
