Great Family Condo - Large condo with 3 bedrooms and a Loft

Mountain Villa is located right at the base of Boyne Mountain very close to the Boyneland lift and ski school, actually everything at the base. This condo is so comfortable with lots of seating for you and your guests. This condo is available as a two bedroom with loft vs. three bedroom with loft, just let us know if you'd like a quote for this smaller space.

There are three bedrooms and a loft as well as three full baths. The first bedroom has a king bed, the second has a full and a single over full bunkbeds, and the third bedroom has a king bed and a sleeper sofa. Additionally, there is a loft with two single beds. Eve The den has plenty of seating and there is a large kitchen table for dining or playing games. Full kitchen with everything needed to dine and cook. Washer/dryer.

A short walk takes you to all the amenities that the resort at Boyne Mountain has to offer, including the waterpark, restaurants, and shops. Or, hop in the car and be at the shores of Lake Charlevoix or the town of Boyne City in less than 7 minutes. Petoskey and Charlevoix are each 20 minutes from the Mountain.

Great cozy home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo from outside doesn't appear to be as big as it is inside. We had 13 people and all of us enjoyed this home thoroughly. The kids were able to play games and have a great time along with adults enjoying the balcony and being able to spread out throughout the home. I do wish the kitchen was bigger, and hot water at times was an issue. Overall a great home and decorated wonderfully.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great! Neighbors were respectful of our crowd and it was easy to get in and out of the place. The ski in/ ski out makes it worth it! The only thing that would make it better is access to the ski lockers so we did not have to leave our gear outside over night. Another thing is to make sure everything is stocked. We ran out of trash bags the first night and the host was not very helpful in helping us replenish or find more.

Family vacation to Boyne

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Easy ski in ski out. Lots of place to sleep 14 comfortably. Privacy of 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Nice open living area. Very clean. Note, there is sleeping for 14, but table only accommodates 6, and living space would be really crowded with 14. We were a family of 6 with two babies, and the living space was maxed. The place was clean. Cook ware is really set up for basic cooking, not large meals for a lot of people, as there are only a few pots and pans, and no real food prep knives. We will definitely return, but I will bring my own cooking supplies. Matt is an awesome host. He was very attentive and helpful with our questions.

Cozy space and great location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is ideal, it's about 50 yards or so from the Boyneland lift. The condo was clean and parking was conveniently located directly in front of the condo. The condo had all of the amenities you have in your own home and although it was much like a small apartment building, noise was never an issue - as a matter of fact I didn't even realize we had neighbors till the last day. But, quite possibly the best thing about this condo were the beds. If you are particular about where you sleep, these beds were so comfortable I've even had several people who stayed with us ask me what brand the mattresses were. So, if you the owner reading this - feel free to shoot me a message with that mattress brand, ha. :)
