Great View from 2nd Floor room. Overlooks the Bay just East of Petoskey Michigan. Excellent Breakfast. No elevator to second floor.

We've stayed a couple weekends a year for the past 5 years. The staff is always great, we stay in the suite every time usually the second floor but we have stayed on the first floor couple times. Love it! Very convenient for going to Harbor Springs or Charlevoix. Downtown shopping in Petoskey is always a win. The parks in the area are great and easy to access. See you again in a few months

The updates are nice. The rooms are spacious and easy to access. I found the bed way too hard, but my husband loved it. The breakfast was very sub par. It was depleted by 8:30am and there wasn't many guests. We had to go out for breakfast, which was disappointing since i chose this hotel because of the good ratings and that breakfast was included.

The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and kind people. Nice looking hotel - right across from the water. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathtub needs to have a mat on the bottom (a little slippery) and when you stepped out of the tub you went down so be careful. The toilet was low - I am 5' 4" it came up to just under my knee. My husband is 6' 1" so he had a long way down. The free laundry sure came in handy. The area is spectacular - the parks and beaches were so relaxing. Go in May when the season starts for some of the attractions - we went in early April and things were closed. Would use this hotel again.

Very clean room. Friendly staff. Only downside is they do not have an elevator. Would highly recommend.

Pool really nice Jacuzzi also. Nice folks at desk...forgot toothpaste and ina minute recieved one from desk. Good breakfast hot, eggs and sausage /gravy.

We forgot our daughter's tablet in the room when checking out. The staff called us to let us know we had forgotten it and saved us so much time and trouble. We would have struggled to know where to even start looking. Thanks again!

We had a lovely view of the Bay from our room. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was a bit too chilly for my taste.

Good spot for a get away
Have stayed here several times. The hotel represents good value for the money. Nothing fancy - clean, comfortable, good wifi and tv package and friendly and accomodating staff. Noise has never been an issue ..maybe just lucky with considerate fellow guests.

The breakfast was delicious, quite a variety of choices. the pool however was cold...I guess I expedited it to be heated. Other than that...I'd stay there again.

Thank you for staying with us and the nice review. The pool is heated to 82 degrees and the Hot tub to 102 degrees. As a matter of interest - Ideal pool temperatures range from 78 degrees to 85 degrees. Temperatures above this presents another set of issues with both the water and air environment.
