The house is very beautiful- however it has been totally bodged and feels unloved and badly maintained The two main problems were the dark green filthy pool and the 3rd bathroom being flooded and unusable The host asked us for a cash sum of €215 if we wanted sheets and

We enjoyed a quite outstanding evening meal cooked by the owner. It was original and delicious. The hotel itself was quirky, albeit in a good way. Old fashioned and probably in need of a facelift; but as a taste of rural France, hard to beat.

Wonderful extended family holiday

We had a wonderful time. The house is amazing. Fred is a great host. We loved the area and went kayaking and to the swimming lake as well as the market in riberac.
