"Convenient "

"The location of this property is excellent. It is well equipped and communication prior to check in and after was good, albeit by email only. We (a family of five) stayed for 4 nights. We used the two sofa beds which are adequate for kids but not unsuitable, in my opinion, for adults due to the thinness of the mattress and creaking with every movement. The kitchenette area is small but well equipped. The location is outstanding and we really loved the convenience of lots of restaurants and...

"Lovely place. Only knocking it down a star because it advertised a "full-sized fridge and freezer" -- it's not a full-size freezer, which is what I needed. Wording in the advertisement needs to be adjusted. Otherwise a perfect spot. "

"Great stay with S bahn stop and Edeka supermarket so close. Helpful staff at check-in. Spacious studio apartment well sized for family of 3, terrific shower and water pressure, very clean bathroom, well stocked kitchenette, large wardrobes. There's an entertainment venue just across an open square which is good if you're attending something, but maybe shut windows before bed so you don't hear the noise from partygoers going home in the early morning hrs. "Horrible customer service, made for a stressful experience. They provide instructions for check in that are incomplete and misleading, and totally unfriendly to anyone with disabilities such as dyslexia. The heating was set to 25C when I arrived on a warm day so it took ages to cool the apartment down. The bedding provided was for the winter even though it is the end ofMay so sleeping was unvomfortably hot. The full wall windows give to the street and not nice green nature, so the photos...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property owners were very accommodating and provided additional information about the area. There was a market and butcher within walking distances. The Bahn was an easy 10 minute drive. The property was very clean and comfortable for the two of us. Next time we go to Munich we will look to return to rent again. "The room was fine. We were not feeling well and it was rainy and cold for the 3 days we were there. So we stayed in the room most of the time. So many Arab ethnic shops and food stores in the area. We were hoping for more of a "German" experience."

We were still able to visit Munich easily by taking a short drive to the train station (free parking) and heading into the city. We even changed trains to go see the Alliance Stadium. "Clean apartment with many nice features (e.g, large dining table and excellent coffee maker). The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I felt comfortable with my window open at night. With two bathrooms, the rental can easily accommodate a group of friends. Designed for people on the move, as there is not a living room for lounging. We loved mornings in the kitchen/dining room and the bedrooms are quite comfortable for sleeping. Great stay with a responsive manager to answer questions."
