"The only thing that I enjoyed was getting my full refund back within 24hrs. The staff were polite and did the best that they could, but I was in my room for two minutes before I checked out. Rudja and Lamont were kind and understanding. With all that being said, I think this place should be investigated, it's too much of a safety hazard."
