"The Linden Row Inn offers a charming journey back in time. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the property's rich history is one of its greatest assets. The front desk associate was exceptionally knowledgeable, providing fascinating insight into both the inn and its historical significance. I enjoyed walking the grounds and admiring the beautiful architecture that has been preserved from the early 1900s. The inn may not cater to those seeking modern luxury, but rather to travelers who appreciate character, authenticity, and a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and inviting, making you feel more like a guest in a home than a visitor in a hotel. While some updates could certainly enhance the property, the inn's historic charm more than compensates. After all, much of the experience lies beyond the hotel itself. Its location provides easy access to Richmond's vibrant streets, excellent coffee shops, and outstanding restaurants, all of which contribute to a memorable stay. If you appreciate history, character, and genuine hospitality, the Linden Row Inn is well worth a visit"

"Although this hotel is located just a short distance from the Richmond Convention Center, the complimentary shuttle service made getting around incredibly convenient. Communication with the shuttle driver was seamless, and the hotel staff provided outstanding customer service throughout my stay. Their professionalism and hospitality truly enhanced the experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again."

"The staff were exceptional. Belinda at checkin was awesome. Cee cee at the bar was a great host and great bartender. We did have two meals there and they were good also!!! When I visit Petersburg again I will definitely be staying there. 3 bars and a restaurant. The soap in the room smelled fragrant."

"It’s just very unusual hotel because of its original build in the 1800s which I went to a college in Bristol Virginia that was built 11 years before this hotel and I actually met a person there staying there that was from BRISTOLL Virginia. Also in their family reunion, someone was from Hawaii and surprise surprise. My college friend from Hawaii had been traveling in Europe, but Our friend in Richmond informed her about the wedding and so low and behold, she steps out of the van when they come to pick me up to go to the wedding. The staff is exceptional. They go out of their way to make sure everybody is having a good time. Do they need anything just to stand around and have a conversation while they are waiting to help somebody that comes to their area. It’s definitely a place I will be going back to."
