We were unable to open the door with the key provided, we contacted the front desk and the receptionist was not able to open either. Maintenance came, opened the door with their key and said they will fix , but did not return. We just stayed for one night, but it was inconvenient to have to wait more than 30 minutes to be able to go inside the room and then have to take turns to the breakfast as we didn’t have a key to open the door.

Took a long time to check in. Lady at desk was very frazzzled. After getting all settled in room discoved the tv in the suite was mot working. Since the todler was already asleep she said she would credit us with extra points. Well that never happened. So we paid extra for a suite but still had to go to bed when the baby did.

Avoid at all costs. We had to leave. Reserved room locked from the inside by squatters. Staff was in chaos. Went down the road to the Roanoke Springs holiday Inn and it was wonderful!

Beds were very comfortable. Phone started ringing at 5:10 am.... Didn't like that! Shower could use more pressure but that's not a make or break issue. Overall, was very happy with our stay!!

Obviously an old hotel. The were doors missing off the cabinets and our bathroom door would not shut. The rim of the toilet appeared to have been broken at some point and glued back on. Also when the cleaning lady came through she left our door blocked open for the entire day. Not a good feeling to come back to. Lastly when we’re in our room for a couple of hours they gave someone else keys to our room. Imagine our and their surprise when they came walking in.
