Schöner Aufenthalt

Schon vor Beginn meiner Reise habe ich alle Informationen erhalten, die ich benötigte. Bei Ankunft habe ich mich sofort wohl gefühlt in dem Apartment. Es ist genau so schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, wie es auf den Fotos aussieht und alles war sehr sauber. Der Ausblick aus dem Apartment ist ein absoluter Traum. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und bemüht und erkundigt sich zwischendurch auch, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung sehr weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Aussicht, Wohnung mit Schwächen

Stärken: Helle und aussichtsreiche Wohnung, schöner Balkon, sehr viel Platz in Dusche und Bad, außergewöhnlich große runde Fenster; für 2 Pers. angemessen groß. Schwächen: Toilettenschiebetür muss aus baulichen Gründen etwa 10 cm geöffnet bleiben; die Offenheit zwischen Küche und Dusche lässt keine Privatsphäre zu; die Betoneinfassung in der Küchenzeile ist am Spülbeckeninnenrand bröselig und zieht lt. Nutzungsbeschreibung der Vermieterin Wasser; Besteck, Geschirr und Haushaltsgegenstände sind nicht gerade üppig vorhanden und einfaches Sammelsurium; da vorhandene Kommoden und Schränkchen gefüllt sind, bleiben für die Unterbringung der mitgebrachten Anziehsachen nur der eigene Koffer und zwei Kleiderstangen mit einigen Bügeln - im Bad stehend; so viele (Licht-)Schalter erschweren die eindeutige Zuordnung zu den Quellen; Doppelbett nur einseitig mit Bettlampe bestückt und begehbar aufgrund Dachschräge; lange Liste an To-does und Not-to-does. Die Wohnung liegt anders als beschrieben außerhalb des Biosphärenreservats. Wir vergeben zwei Punkte, weil die Schwächen die Stärken insgesamt überwiegen.

gute Balance zwischen Stadt- und Landurlaub

lichtdurchflutetes, mit edlen Materialien ausgestattetes Objekt. Ausblick auf eine ländliche grüne Idylle. Abwechslungsreicher Milseburg-Radweg verläuft ganz in der Nähe. Sehr bequeme Schlafmöglichkeit für Zwei auf dem ausziehbaren Sofa im Wohnraum.

Ein besonderes Wochenende

Wer das Besondere sucht und die schöne Rhön erkunden möchte, findet in der außergewöhnlichen Ferienwohnung einen optimalen Ausgangspunkt. Die sehr aufmerksame und überaus freundliche Vermieterin war immer erreichbar und die Kommunikation ist hervorragend. Die sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt und blitzsauber. In ruhiger Umgebung und mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten der optimale Standort für Ausflüge oder um einfach nur zu entspannen. Hier noch mal ein herzliches Dankeschön.
