The Tower and Loft on 7th Street

Two stunning guest houses! Available to book together, The Water Tower & The Carriage Loft on 7th Street. Perfect for larger groups, extended families, etc. Stay on the same property while still having your own space and privacy.

The Water Tower & Loft are both located on our property, both detached from our main house. They are approximately 75 feet apart, with private guest entrance & private outdoor patio areas.

The Carriage Loft sleeps up to 5 guests, the Tower sleeps 2 guests; Together sleeping up to 7 guests.

Wine Country History. The 19th Century Tower & Loft flank a historic Petaluma Victorian home, both converted to contemporary boutique hotel style with stunning hand painted floors.

Just 7 blocks and a 15 min leisurely walk to the historic Petaluma downtown.
