Completely separate from the main home, it features Saltillo tile and hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, all new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave and stove, as well as a washer and dryer. The equipped kitchen has an eat-in dining area attached to a cozy living room with flat screen T.V. and a comfy, plush sofa. Off the living area, there is a quaint, private balcony ideal for relaxing after full day of site seeing. We use high quality linens and towels for our guests. Hassle-free and easy check- in with lock box, and complete privacy.

Wine country birthday!

My wife and I had a wonderful 5 day stay getting reacquainted with Petaluma again and visiting several nearby wineries. Steve and Cat were wonderful hosts, and the location was a perfect walk to the downtown area!!

Very romantic hideaway

I would promote this as a romantic bungalow. The double jacuzzi with the candles, the fireplace, and the overall comfiness of the place. The full kitchen was stocked well. We totally enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Cute bungalow

Very nice upstairs bungalow in a great neighborhood. Parking on the street but no problem finding a spot even on weekends. Close to town. Well appointed with everything needed to have a comfortable stay.

Perfect Place for a visit to Petaluma

The only thing to note is the bath tub/ shower one needs to be careful getting in and out. A hand hold would be helpful. That being said I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and private retreat

We had a great time visiting the wine region and this unit provided easy access to not only Napa and Sonoma, but also a short ride to the Pacific. The property was very quiet and comfy - just what we needed. Cat was helpful and we really enjoyed our stay.

Has Everything You Need!

This was a nice, quiet place with its own kitchen, bathroom, living area, and bedroom. It has a private entrance so you can come and go as you need. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect spot in idyllic Petaluma

This really is one of the best places we’ve stayed. Close enough to the Sonoma/Napa valleys in a wonderful town. The apartment is quiet and cozy, and had everything we needed. Cat was excellent to work with. Would definitely return.

A beautiful apartment in Petaluma

We were so happy to stay here when we visited. The apartment was a ten minute walk from downtown. Everything was very accessible. The bed was sooooo comfortable! There is nothing I could fault here. I highly recommend staying here. We certainly will on our next trip!

The Ultimate Location !

Wonderful Hosts!!! The whole experience made me want to move to Petaluma. The kitchen was well stocked, instructions were clear and the hosts (whom we just happened to run into) were so kind. The view of the mountains and the wall home by full moon after an amazing dinner in town was spectacular.

Wonderful week

I loved my week at Catherine’s apartment. It’s a fabulous neighborhood and a great walk to the downtown area. The apartment is peaceful and quiet and private. I loved the kitchen space and the outdoor deck for drinking morning coffee and writing in my journal. Catherine is an exceptional host and I would love to return one day!
