"Hot tubs & pools were being emptied. We were not able to use them, in spite of the fact that the area was PACKED with thousands of visitors because of the fall foliage! We were counting on at least the hot tub. I believe that feature is probably included in the steep price we paid for our stay. Very disappointed with that. We would like a refund or at least a discount in price, for loss of the use of the hot tub & pool. Otherwise no problems. (3-night stay on weekend of 10/16-18/2026.)"

"I especially liked the fact that it had a sauna. If you plan using it, please give it about 20 minutes to warm up for best results. The breakfast was quite unique in that they serve vegetables with the meat and eggs. They could have had more selections closer to closing time as I slept in. Loved the Target next door! I got my daughter's Xmas shopping done. Lots of room to walk around the property so no fitness center needed!"

One problem was there is no elevator so you have to lug your luggage up the stairs and my husband has a bad knee. The WiFi on the television kept going in and out so it was frustrating to watch anything. We were in because of the rain."
