About this property

New New Flat Sole e Luna

  • The apartment is rented in a newly built residence and is composed as follows: on the ground floor there are well-stocked kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bathroom with shower and living room.
    On the second floor there are 1 room with 1 double bed + 1 single bed and 1 room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed.
    All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
    Also available to our guests is a private garage.
    And close to parks, beautiful scenic views, restaurants and the beach. You will like it for these reasons: the atmosphere and the location. My accommodation is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with children). We are only 700 meters from the train station and 10 minutes walk from the historic center of Peschiera D/G and the first equipped beach. The big parks Gardaland, Caneva and Movieland reachable by free shuttles from the station.
