Property and hotel itself amazing venue. Only complains bed was very stiff ( we prefer soft ), staff was friendly though they didnt go out of their way to assist with us ( we had lost luggage with the airlines and the previous hotel called the airline for us and sent emails off , so helpful especially with the language barriers).

We have returned to this destination as we were so amazed following our last visit so took the opportunity to tag on to the end of an Italian tour holiday a few days in such a great place Unfortunately things have changed somewhat since our last visit Whilst the facilities are obviously exceptional and the views remain the same, the standards or market aimed at has changed the restaurant standard of food for evening meal was average more like a fast food environment catering for masses not individual attention The infinity pool is excellent but needs facilities to stand alone should not need to walk from one end to the complex to the other The room lighting is poor but still outstanding and finally our room had facilities for disabled people but was on the first floor and the lift was not disabled friend so rendered useless

Don’t judge only by the looks.
Ok... so the hotel is gorgoues in every way and you can’t take it away from them...BUT and there’s a big one...the staff was very strange seemed like they didn’t like tourist so much, yes there were very nice workers but I felt a little unwanted. I was charge 5 euros for a card key that was lost at the hotel witch seems ridiculous paying 300 Euros per night!

It was the loveliest hotel, and the room was beautiful! We went in winter, so couldn’t use all the outdoors, which was a shame, because it looked stunning and very well kept. Spa is nice, a bit small, which wasn’t a problem for us, as it was only us and other couple in there. But I would guess it can get crowded on a busy days. Loved it, would definitely choose to come back if In the area.

Superb
Such a superb stay, we will definitely be back. We were on our honeymoon, the booked a lake view room and it was stunning with gorgeous views. The restaurant was just down stairs and had delicious Italian food with lots of options plus the setting was gorgeous with a really good athmosphere. We also used the spa, it was so relaxing and such a lovely treat. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We stayed for 2 days/nights and didn’t leave the premise once. It has everything you need for a super, luxury stay, I would 100% recommend this location. I am already planning when I can visit again and will stay longer next time!

Beautiful up-to-date hotel near Lake Garda
We stayed at Le Ali del Frassino for 3 days. The hotel rooms and pool was much more up to date looking that most of the other hotels in the Lake Garda area. The hotel is suitable for both couples and families and I would recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing few days in the Italian countryside.

Quiet hotel in a beautiful location
Set in a rural location outside Peschiera del Garda but easy access by bike which you can rent by hotel or free shuttle in. Very relaxed stay, main large pool and quieter infinity pool both overlooking the lake Frassino.

Great little stopover hotel
Great hotel with rustic feel whilst having all the comfort you would want. Two great pool areas. Lovely views of their lake and fields from the restaurant and main pool. Would say you do need a car to fully enjoy the area as it's on its own away from Peschiera Del Garda, but only 5 mins or so.

A Must in the Italian Lake Region
I absolutely loved this resort hotel. The property is extensive and beautiful. The staff was superb. And the food at the restaurant was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was great. This hotel vastly exceeded our expectations and the cost was quite reasonable given the quality at all levels. We would definitely stay here again and use it as a base to explore parts of the region.

Quite simply the best hotel we've ever stayed at!
Quite simply this was the best hotel we've ever had the pleasure of staying at. Everywhere you look is impeccable detail and a level of upkeep and cleanliness I've never seen before. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and doted on our 18month old daughter. The hotel acts as a place of tranquility from the hustle and bustle of Lake Garda, yet is only minutes away by car. We'll be back for sure!

O Hotel é lindo, confortável! Porém a localização não é boa. Longe de tudo. Não a táxi e quando tem o valor é alto. Aluguel de bicicletas muito caro. No hotel, deveriam dar como cortesia, uma vez que a localização do hotel é péssima. Só compensa ficar no hotel se for viajar de carro.

Wunderschönes gepflegtes Hotel in ruhiger Umgebung der Weinanbaugebiete und grüner unberührter Natur. Intime Atmosphäre und freundliches Personal. Der See liegt etwas entfernt vom "Touri-Trubel" am Gardasee. Ideal für Paare, auch für Hochzeiten und freie Trauungen eine Märchenkulisse. Einfach traumhaft! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ein tolles Wellnesshotel! Super Schwimmbad u Spabereich. Zimmer schön möbiliert, sauber, geräumig und komfortabel. Essen sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen top! 2 kleine Abstriche für wenig Ablageplatz im Bad und für den Service in der Bar und beim Abendessen, da gibt es für ein 4*S Haus Luft nach oben. Dennoch absolut empfehlenswert!!!
