Very nice hotel with staff who couldn't do enough for you. Situated next to the lake with a short 10 minute walk to town centre and trains and buses. Restaurant is situated on roof top with excellent views of the lake and alps.We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 day stay.

Just outside the town centre, within easy walking distance of eating places, shops, and lake facilities. Hotel staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and multilingual. Buffet breakfast was lovely, with enough choice, and extras to order from the menu. Facilities are great, including a clean and tidy outside pool with a small bar for drinks and snacks. Would recommend for any kind of guest - couples, families, or retired.

We have just spent a lovely week in the Hotel Al Fiori with our two teenagers. The staff are all very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean and very comfortable, with the floors mopped and rooms made up every morning. Breakfast is great, a huge range of pastries, plus meats, cheeses, fruit and yogurt. Our favourite bit was the made to order omlettes and pancakes! The restaurant staff particularly were great with my son who had pancakes every morning (of course). The location is perfect, with a couple of nice spots for food and drinks nearby, but also an easy walk to the town centre and the train station. It really feels like a home from home!

This is a good, budget-friendly hotel. It is an older property, but it was okay. Parking is easy & free. Staff is very nice, especially Oxana who makes the most delicious omelettes at breakfast. The room was clean, but somewhat basic. The bathroom was small & had nowhere to hang towels. The AC was weak. Breakfast included was fine. Location is close to parks & about a 10 minute drive to old town. The pool is large but a bit cold. Overall, okay place. It worked fine for our needs.

One of the best stays I have had aboard, the reception staff are wonderful and very accommodating. I was travelling along with my two children (under 5 years old) and they equipped my room with a lovely cot bed & helped arrange travel to and from Verona airport with child seats . The staff working the breakfast shift were also really approachable and friendly, the made ready to order omelettes and pancakes and it all tasted beautiful. The room was spacious, clean and tidy and fresh bed linen and lots of clean towels available. The room had a nice private balcony and the team also ensure a kettle was in my room when I asked for one to ensure I could heat up my babies milk. The hotel is right on the lake and a short walk from the town and an even shorter walk to boat hire, restaurants etc I would highly recommend and I want to book next year for me and my husband to visit too. Simply stunning!

Beautiful Views of the lake

Staff friendly & very helpful.We felt it was a great location lake side and only a short walk to centre & train station .Lovely pool to cool off in after our long hot days out.Beach only round corner if thats more your thing. Booked an economy room which was fine but i did had a few springs in my mattress which i could feel but saying that im sure if id have mentioned it they would of sorted it out because they were just so helpful. Breakfast was of a good standard for italy Lovely roof top terrace where we took our drinks up to of a night & sat looking at lake I would definitely recommend this hotel to prople & we will definitely stay here again if we return
