Miglior posizione per alloggiare a Peschici. Usciti dall'hotel si raggiunge a piedi in un paio di minuti il centro e l'area pedonale dove ci sono negozi, ristoranti, bar e la movida serale. Facile anche raggiungere il mare, a soli 10 minuti a piedi e la possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina in struttura, pagando un supplemento, è conunque un plus visto la difficoltà di trovare parcheggi in zona. Il personale è accogliente e gentile. La struttura è storica a Peschici e si vede, andrebbe un po' rinnovata ma comunque è accogliente, c'è tutto il necessario ed è piacevole starci. La piscina incastonata tra due mura alte è molto bella e silenziosa. Prezzo pagato onestissimo. Quello che mi è piaciuto di meno è stata la stanza ma forse perchè mi era capitata una quadrupla economy. Non ce n'erano altre disponibili al momento della prenotazione quindi mi sono dovuto accontentare. La stanza spaziosa ma da migliorare il servizio pulizia che dovrebbe essere più accurato. Inoltre sul muro camminavano delle formiche tanto che ho dovuto staccare il letto dal muro per paura che la notte ci camminassero addosso, cosa che comunque non è successa. Se non fosse stato per questi due dettagli avrei dato tutti 5 ma comunque il mio giudizio generale resta più positivo. Ci ritornerò senza dubbio anche per più giorni ma sceglierei un'altra tipologia di stanza.

Il n'y avait pas de climatisation dans la chambre mais simplement un ventilateur au plafond. La douche correspond à un rideau simplement. Très belle piscine.

Hotel Timiama di Peschici

L'Hotel è situato a circa 300 metri dall'inizio del centro storico; la struttura offre servizi buoni, le camere discrete al limite dell'essenziale, dispone di un parcheggio interno ma a pagamento, 8 Euro al giorno, e offre un servizio navetta per lo spostamento al mare alla baia di San Nicola, ma anche in questo caso a pagamento, 2,50 euro a persona a tratta.

Hotel bien situé

La petite ville de Peschici est très sympathique, un esprit très vacances. L'hôtel est bien situé dans cette ville. Il dispose d'une très belle piscine, et très grande. Le personnel est très sympathique. Pour accéder à la mer à pieds vous allez faire du sport : hotel tout en haut de la ville donc une remontée par les marches assez longues, mais pas insurmontable. Vous pouvez y accéder en voiture mais beaucoup de monde. Le gros problème : les chambres situées dans le bâtiment de l'accueil sont très bruyantes.Vous avez une fenêtre de quelques heures pour dormir (de 12h30 : gens qui rentrent tard, à 7h : Mise en place du petit déjeuner). Cela a quelque peu gâché notre séjour, dommage car l'autre bâtiment est certainement plus calme.

Timiama ti fa amare Peschici

Una bella accoglienza, simpatia e cortesia da parte del direttore e del personale, grande disponibilità nel darci tutte le indicazioni e consigli utili per poter trascorrere una piacevole vacanza a Peschici. Posizione strategica vicino alla piazza e al centro storico e non lontano dal porticciolo e dalla spiaggia con servizio navetta messo a disposizione dalla struttura per l'intera giornata. Perciò in questi 3 giorni abbiamo deciso di lasciare l'auto ferma nel parcheggio custodito del Timiama e ci siamo goduti veramente la vacanza visitando i posti più belli di Peschici. E al pomeriggio, al ritorno dal mare, momento relax nella deliziosa piscina tra rocce e fiori. Camera semplice nell'arredo ma funzionale e ben pulita.Insomma, il nostro giudizio è sicuramente molto positivo tanto che, senza nessun dubbio, abbiamo già deciso di ritornare...per più giorni di vacanza, speriamo, perché ne vale veramente la pena. Grazie Timiama, perché anche grazie a te ci siamo innamorati di Peschici , del suo mare, della sua gente!

Il personale è molto gentile ed accomodante, ma la stanza era angusta, molto calda ,l'aria condizionata posizionata sul letto era praticamente inutilizzabile di notte.Il letto scomodo. La struttura ha bisogno di ristrutturazione . specialmente per quanto riguarda il bagno.Inoltre la pulizia della camera lasciava a desiderare,Di questo hotel ho visto foto di camere che non avevano niente a che fare con quella a noi assegnata. Sono spiacente di dover dare un giudizio negativo,soprattutto per la gentilezza del personale ,Ha bisogno di essere svecchiato.

Proprietari gentilissimi, colazione buona, posizione ottima, possibilità di garage chiuso per la motocicletta senza alcun addebito sulla camera, pulizia delle camere impeccabile che si presentano praticamente nuove.unico difetto:la do ci della nostra stanza non aveva il piatto ed era un tutt'uno con il pavimento del bagno, anche se vi era la tendina para spruzzi praticamente nuova dopo la doccia avevi il bagno allagato. Non pensavo che nel 2016 esistevano ancora doccie del genere.
