A comfortable apartment that sleeps up to 4 people, recently renovated in a modern style and perfect for both business trips and a summer getaway as a couple or with the family. The apartment is located in a very central area: across from Pescara Central Station, just a short walk from Piazza Salotto and the pedestrian shopping and nightlife districts, making it the ideal base for comfortably exploring the city. The nearest beach is just a 10-minute walk away.



The 40-square-meter apartment is on the sixth floor of a building with an lift (please note there are 5 steps to reach it) and is laid out as follows:



- Kitchenette equipped with an induction cooktop, mini-fridge, moka pot, electric kettle, and conventional oven

- Living room with dining table, double sofa bed, TV, and split-system A/C

- Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, TV, and split-system A/C

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall.



Additional amenities available to guests: Pocket Wi-Fi (MAX 300 GB/MONTH), split-system heating, washer-dryer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board. Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Pescara for the first 7 nights, amounting to €1.00 per person per night. Children under 12 and adults over 70 are exempt.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. For check-ins between 8:00 PM and midnight, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 20 from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM

EUR 25 from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM,

EUR 30 from 10:00 PM to midnight.

Check-in is not possible after 12:00 a.m., even for a fee.

All late check-ins must be arranged and approved by the host.

Finally, don’t miss a visit to Casa D’Annunzio, where the famous writer was born, and to the Ponte del Mare, one of the main landmarks symbolising modern Pescara.

The accommodation is located in a very central area: right across from the central train station, and just a short walk from Piazza Salotto and the city’s pedestrian zone. The beach is a 10-minute walk (700 metres) away. All essential amenities are within easy reach: a café, supermarket, and pharmacy are all within 150 metres.



- From Abruzzo International Airport: You can easily reach the apartment by taxi in 10 minutes or, alternatively, by shuttle to Pescara Centrale Station and then on foot in 4 minutes (300 metres)



- From Pescara Centrale Station: You can reach the apartment on foot (300 metres).



- If travelling by car, please note: you can drive up to the apartment to unload your luggage; however, we do not recommend parking on the street. You can leave your car in the station car park 300 metres away, which offers both paid and free spaces (NOT guaranteed).
