Residence I Gelsi - Apt Aria di Mare with parking

A cosy studio apartment ideal for two people, located in the well-maintained Residence I Gelsi, a 15-minute walk from city centre Pesaro and just a short walk from the beach (both public and equipped) at Sottomonte di Pesaro. The apartment features a private pedestrian access to the beach reserved for Residence I Gelsi residents and a covered balcony with a sea view. Just a few metres away is the bike path connecting Pesaro to Fano, whose city centre can be reached in 15 minutes by bike. An outdoor parking space, located directly below the apartment, is included!

The approximately 50-square-meter apartment is located on the ground floor of a building with an lift and is laid out as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, electric kettle, toaster, and conventional oven
- Living area with a sofa, dining table, and split A/C
- Bedroom with a double bed and TV
- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, bathtub, and shower stall
- Balcony with ocean view.

Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, closet, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.
Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Please note that check-ins outside the specified hours must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharges:
- 21.30 - 23.00: €25.00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;
- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.

The tourist tax of 1.50 euros per night per person will be collected in cash as required by the municipality of Pesaro. Children under 14 are exempt.

Known as “the City of Music” because it is the birthplace of Rossini and “the City of Bicycles” thanks to its extensive network of bike paths, Pesaro is a charming seaside resort on the Adriatic coast. It’s ideal both for a relaxing beach holiday—thanks to its 7 km of coastline with wide beaches of fine, golden sand—and for a more active getaway, thanks to the numerous landmarks that dot the charming historic centre: the Art Nouveau-style Villino Ruggeri, the ancient Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta dating back to the 4th century, Palazzo Mosca—home to the civic museums and the art gallery—and the evocative Palazzo Ducale, to name just a few. The beating heart of the city is the lively Piazza del Popolo, dominated by the beautiful fountain “La Pupilla di Pesaro.” A visit to the Rocca Costanza, a major fortification dating back to the 15th century, is also a must.
