"I booked and received confirmation to stay in this hotel. However, the hotel called to say that I booked in the same moment as a couple booked. Therfore, the hotel decided to move a singe person vs a couple to another hotel. they had difficulty and put me in a much lower level hotel. "We loved this hotel. We rented a Junior Suite which was basically a one bedroom apartment with a spacious combined living/dining room. The bathroom was also very spacious. While there, we took full advantage of the in house laundry room. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our only problem was with the housekeeping staff on a Sunday who never came to our room. Luckily we found the duty manager who was cleaning rooms on another floor who was very nice and gave us towels. This property is very close to the historic old town and main sites and museums. There are ample good restaurants in the area as well as market with one being ten steps away from the main entrance. "
