The room was very quiet and private, with great working electricity, plumbing, and AC, although the wifi was not that great. "In regards to the actual location of the hotel, it was excellent. However, there were some issues regarding the room location in the hotel itself. We had several heavy bags and my parents who are elderly, had to go upstairs, after leaving the elevator, and we had lift these heavy suitcases to get to their room. It would’ve been beneficial to know about this prior to booking these specific rooms as we probably could’ve made arrangements to have something more accessible."
