"Wonderful stay. Great room and location. Our host Chiara was the best!! Some street noise at night but we solved that with the a/c fan and earplugs. Would happily stay again."

"Beautiful hotel, centrally located and just steps from the mini metro which is so unique. The hotel room is immaculate with great showers and walking distance to restaurants, cafes and restaurants. Beautiful views from the upper levels of town."

"Una notte, camera Deluxe vista cortile prenotata e pagata 82,50 euro. Mi è stata assegnata la vista città, che costava un po' meno: la finestra, ben isolata da chiusa, dà sulla piazza e da aperta fa entrare i rumori. Il problema principale è una striscia LED sullo stipite del bagno, senza interruttore, accesa notte e giorno con la tessera inserita: come un abat-jour sempre acceso. "Delightful and comfortable stay right outside Perugia. Breakfast is fantastic (owner bakes the tarts and charcuterie from grandpa). Absolutely recommend!"

"A very nice hotel. It was beautifully decorated and definitely on theme. The staff are top-notch! The restaurant is lovely and the food excellent 👌 Our one constructive criticism relates to the bed...ours was extra firm and not the best for a 9 day stay."

"Honestly the bed was hard as a rock,"

"Really unique place - a “shabby chic” palazzo! On site parking is very convenient. Good location for seeing the tourist sites. Very helpful staff."

"Beautiful views of the countryside. Ample breakfast with lots of choices. Room simple but great value."

"Best place on my trip by a long shot"

"It's a large hotel, with nice but standard rooms, full bath. It's fully committed to its chocolate theme, which makes it a little kitschy, but has an amazingly large breakfast with both sweet and savory items. It's located outside the center, so a bit of walk uphill to the center, or you could take public transport (bus or Mini-metro). The hotel has free, easy and ample parking, so it could be a great base for exploring nearby towns."
