The apartment has 24/7 self-check-in via a black keypad on the front door.

How to enter:
At check-in, you’ll receive a personal code. Enter it on the keypad to open the door automatically.

How to lock up:
Simply close the door and press the button with the key symbol in the lower right corner of the keypad.

Guests have full access to: the living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom.

Other things to keep in mind
You must submit the identification documents of all guests for mandatory registration with the Italian authorities.

* Parties or events are not allowed.
* Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.
* Please be quiet at night ( (22:00-08:00).
* Access to the accommodation is permitted only to the guests listed on the reservation.
