  • A cosy attic apartment near Perugia’s central station—convenient, bright, completely renovated, and equipped with everything a tourist needs—ideal for two people.
    Located in a quiet and well-kept area on the top floor of a recently renovated building, the attic apartment is perfect for both those arriving by car (parking is free) and those arriving by train (it’s just a stone’s throw from the station!).

    The bus stop is right outside the building, and you can reach the centre of Perugia on foot or by taking the Minimetro (the stop is just a 5-minute walk away).

    All in all, if you want to get around the city easily without worrying about parking, or if you decide to explore Umbria by train or car, this apartment is exactly what you’re looking for.

The room had all we needed, including a well equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. Stefano was always helpful and generous with his time. He actually made this stay particularly special.
