Traditional hotel well located for old town

Good reception when we arrived. Great views from the balcony. Location not far from the amazing old town. The trattoria they recommended was excellent and not too expensive

Molto bello e accogliente comodo il parcheggio di fronte anche se a pagamento. Peccato per il parcheggio interno piccolo e quindi pieno al nostro arrivo! Ma nel totale molto bello! A due passi da centro storico

La signora alla reception è stata molto molto gentile e disponibile La camera era molto bella, l'arredamento è retro ma non importa. Unica pecca il bagno senza bidet ma con grande doccia. La camera era spaziosa, comoda con balconcino a vista sul centro di Perugia; molto molto comodo il letto. La colazione non è estremamente varia, ma penso sia adatta all'hotel. Hanno tutto l'essenziale per una colazione dolce e salata; i croissant sono eccellenti! Per quanto riguarda la posizione, l'Hotel è situato di fronte al parcheggio Pellini, dal quale con scale mobili si arriva comodamente al centro di Perugia. Vicino all'hotel ci sono molte pensiline dell'autobus, se si volesse andare fuori città.

A Couple of Swells

You can get to the Hotel from Perugia Railway Station using the fairly new mini metro line. The Hotel is also a few minutes walk to the escalators that take you to the old town at the top of the hill. The Hotel has an old fashioned charm with iron gates, heavy wooden doors, stained glass windows and internal wooden window shutters. The reception staff were friendly and the check in quick and easy. Our room was not too big but not too small. It was clean and comfortable and the wifi connection was good. The buffet breakfast was limited compared to some places we have stayed, but the basics are there for a quick start in the mornings. The nearby elevators to the old town and the mini metro to the railway station made it an ideal location for those on a limited budget

Pessima esperienza.

L'unica cosa buona è la posizione, più che sufficiente il seevizio colazione. Struttura in condizioni mediocri, più che retrò, l'hotel è vecchissimo, totalmente da ristrutturare, i rattoppi (visibili) non bastano. Per di più, per la prima volta dopo tanti viaggi, mi sono visto addebitare 8 € al giorno per parcheggiare l'auto nel parcheggio dell'hotel stesso. Dovendo tornare a Perugia non pernotterei in questo hotel

Hotel subito al di fuori delle mura di Perugia ad un passo dalle scale mobili. Ha un parcheggio proprio. Disponibilità totale al ricevimento. Spazi e stanze pulite. Ottima la colazione

Great location, great value

Great location and great value. Steps away from the escalators to the Historic Center, but still pretty quiet at night. Staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the shower was good -- hot water and water pressure -- and the wifi worked fine. For the price, you won't find a better place.

A comfortable room with a great view.

The hotel was really close to a minimetro stop which made it really easy to get to from the train station with a heavy suitcase. It was only a 100m walk after a outdoor escalator up the hill.The hotel is also only 5min from the centre of town making it a great place to stay for the shops and restaurants.
