- This beautiful renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property sits on an acre of land on Lake Champlain in New York near Plattsburgh. Large front and back yards with 150 feet of private beach across the road with a private beach cabin. This 2000 sq foot house sleeps up to nine people and is perfect for family getaways. Kayacks, paddle boards and a canoe included. Outdoor fire pit and a large front deck to take in the wonderful views of Vermont, the lake and the Green Mountains. TV, Wifi and Netflix provided. Close to Ausable Chasm, Plattsburgh, right inside the Adirondack Park. Three golf courses nearby. Public beaches nearby.
