"We loved our stay here! The place was super spacious and had an absolutely amazing view. It was really close to Little River, which was so convenient. The owner was great with communication and made everything smooth from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again!"
"I absolutely loved our stay at this property. The room we got was right next to the front desk, the Pool /backyard area, and best of all within a few steps of the great, totally fabulous and served hot every morning serve yourself breakfast. We got the very spacious, king sized bed, jacuzzi tuh in the area where there is a small pull out couch and coffee table also.
There was a mistake at the very begining . which in some cases could, have broughe down our whole viiip buy the hotel staff was able to fix this without hestelalem or worry.
My family and I will most definitely be returning for another visit."

"We stopped here on our way to Legoland and it was a perfect place to stop and rest. The location is good, close enough to get what you need, but felt like you were out in the quiet country. The back porch was a lovely way to unwind. Check in was easy, and the place was as described. 10/10 recommend. "
"A quiet and convenient place to stay for a nearby event. Furnishings are simple but certainly adequate for one or two persons. Bed is comfortable. Live Oak is very close by if you need a town. Cooking is limited to a hot plate or pizza oven, so would have liked to have a microwave. Altogether a nice place and an enjoyable stay. Thanks."
"This is a no-frills hotel, and we booked primarily because of the low price, but we liked it well enough that we will probably return.
Good: Microwave oven, in-room Keurig machine, clean room, everything working properly, new flooring in our room--not sure about the other rooms.
Average: Close to highway but surprisingly not too loud, tiny bathroom (but in decent condition and clean)
So-so: Loud in-wall AC unit...but it kept the room comfortable

"The property was great and exactly as described. The location is great with easy access to the springs in the area.we enjoyed having the kayaks available to enjoy the river and the view from the balcony is great. There were a few gnats about outside but none of them were of the biting kind. Would definitely stay again."

"We spent two weeks at this delightful property and enjoyed every minute of it. The scenery is incredible--we sat outside on the deck or porch every day and watched the river flow by. Just beautiful! The house is charming and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. The area is quiet and peaceful, a great place to relax and unwind. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are planning to return next year to this wonderful property!"
