This house has it all for the chef of the group- full kitchen, Blackstone griddle, smoker and charcoal and gas grills available. Accommodations for a few to a large group- sleeps up to 14 with 3 bedrooms and sleeper sofa. 2 1/2 baths with large soaking tub in master. Ample parking. Located just 1 mile from the boat ramp and 6 miles to a marina. High-speed Wi-Fi. 70” smart tv. In addition to all the lake activities, you can enjoy near-by attractions like the Waterzone water park at Jellystone, antique shopping on the streets of Perry, or exploring historic Hannibal.

Great house close to Mark Twain lake. House was extremely clean and well stocked with pans, plates, and couple grills. Has a nice outdoor patio to sit at. Big driveway which was great for pulling around with boat.

The best place for our large family!

This gorgeous home was perfect for our large family and we hope to come back every year! It was the perfect location, close to stores if we forgot something and the yard was amazing for our grandkids to run and play! Not too far from the beach or fishing locations either. Just perfect! Mark Twain weekend

The house worked great. The yard was nice for the kids to play in and we enjoyed hanging out and cooking on the large deck. Lots of clean cookware and tableware. We used the fire pit 2 nights and made smores. Thank you for supplying wood. We gathered quite a bit from the timber edges as well. A couple minor things that could be improved would be more silverware in the kitchen and the sidewalk for the entrance. The dumpster was also quite smelly if you got anywhere near it. Overall we had a great stay would definitely come back. Thanks!

Home away from home

We were staying for a whole week for a fishing tournament. This property provided all we needed, inside and out. Blackstone and grills in great condition, big deck on the back was great for hanging out, large yard to play bags and wiffle ball. Not much to do in Perry, MO besides lake stuff. We enjoyed water park at jelly stone and mini gold there.
