"This hotel is a budget hotel in city center of Berat. You pay a budget price. A few CONS: The hotel is old and the A/C unit did not work so if you go in summer make sure you check that out before settling in your room. The bathroom is like a RV bathroom, the water goes everywhere. The bed mattress, you can feel the springs but there is a heavy blanket you can use to help comfort. It is loud, especially at night, as dogs are barking at each other all the time or you can hear cars and people on...
