The staff was excellent. They were informatice & looking to be helpful.
The hotel was emaculately cleaned.
Breakfast was outstanding.
I had written a request for reserved parking vía Expedia as Cortina is know to have limited parking in town center. That request got lost in communication btwn Expedia & the hotel. The staff provided me the info from Expedia. Recommend you send a message directly to the hotel to reserve a spot. The hotel staff help es me find a spot in the street.

This place is terrific! We spent 5 nights here and loved it! The spa, massage, workout facilities and staff are terrific! Big shoutout to wait staff: Magali and Francesco and the front desk Emanuela! All three lovely humans. Comfy beds, fabulous stay!
