Their automated checkin system has never worked, in all the times we've stayed there, however: the front desk is understaffed with generally just one person who is often quite harried. Company needs to ditch that automated system. "

I’m not sure how they get away with being able to open while dealing with construction. They first told me that there was no hot water during the day. Then the next day when I went to shower there was no water period!!!!!! They were not apologetic, or hospital about it at all. I would definitely never come back here ever again. "
