Each staff member we met was so kind and helpful. The location is also fantastic. I could not recommend the Hernan Cortes Hotel more highly."

One nit: our room had a step leading to the bathroom, and the bathtub was very slippery when showering, despite having a few grooves built into the porcelain. "
