En el hotel dicen que no tienen convenio con hotel

El pago que hice por hoteles.com no me lo aceptaron, en el hotel condina dijeron que no tenían ningún convenio con ninguna página que aparece en internet y que la reserva solo se hacía de manera presencial por lo tanto necesito que me indiquen cómo puedo hacer el trámite para que devuelvan el dinero pagado a través de la pagina hotels.com

The location was great. The beds are very bad. Hard as a rock. I had a reservation for 6 days and they only booked me for 5 Days. Had to change rooms on the last night.

Between the floor and the bed there are not differences, worse night ever! They need to change their mattresses if they want people coming back. Other then that, the look was good, location was perfect, oh but there is no parking incase you need one.

No es lo que ofrecen La cama no era king size como lo referencia el tipo de habitación El estacionamiento es en un parking a cuadras del.hotel y te cobran de las 7:00 am en adelante ,así que debes madrugar a sacar el auto rapido , ni ganas de desayunar en el hotel por lo mismo,sacar el auto y no hay donde estacionar cerca ,sino te cuesta más

Great place

The service is A+, located in the center of Pereira. Great breakfast the only issue is that the bed mattress was a little bit hard. They were able to assist with a softer mattress which made but of a difference. If you are there just for a quick visit I highly recommend it.

Estuvo bien, está en una zona central. No tuve problema con el ruido a pesar que tiene dos bares en frente. El desayuno muy rico. Excelente atención. La habitación estuvo comida y limpia.. tal vez el colchon mas duro de lo esperado.

Not the best option

The hotel staff was very kind, but that's it. The hotel is in a walking street with a lot of street noise until 12 am. The area is not nice and it does not feel safe. The bathroom is uncomfortable with little space and the water in the shower is very very bad. The breakfast is not enough and the only option is eggs and fruit. If you want or need anything else they charge it.

Hotel comodo y economico en el centro de Pereira

Es necesario mencionar que el hotel queda en una calle peatonal, aunque aparentemente segura, el transito permanente de personas hace que uno esté precavido. Lo bueno, queda cerca a la Plaza Bolivar y es facil transportarse desde aqui a cualquier lugar. La habitacion es comoda, limpia y el hotel es muy tranquilo. La atención es muy buena. Es una buena opción precio/calidad en Pereira.

Great value and friendly staff

Nice refuge from the hussle and bustle of downtown, the staff was very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed a spacious room, air conditioning, and the free breakfast. Great value!
