"The management (Jimmy) is extremely helpful and courteous. Excellent communication. The building interior is very pleasant and the breakfast area is comfortable. The housekeeping staff does an outstanding job and deserves appreciation. There is a small supermarket next door and an excellent Peruvian restaurant (Cardinal) around the corner. Probably as close to the airport as you want to be. The shuttle organized by the hotel was cost effective and on time. "

"Centrally located hotel in Pereira with breakfast and comfortable room with safe, air conditioning and hot water. Staff is attentive. Unique old home with antique decorations. Book rooms towards the back as its in a busy street that can be loud on weekends. Stairs to go up to the property but staff help with your bags after ringing the doorbell. Breakfast consists of different types of egg, fruit, cheese, juice and coffee/hot chocolate. Would be good to have other traditional Colombian breakfast...

"Great hotel, rooms are cozy and very neat. The hotel has kind of a real jungle in it's backyard, relaxing if you love nature but adventurous because of the rains (very slippery). Staff is service minded (English not spoken everywhere). Very convenient located."
