"Amazing view of lake Como from our room. Great on-site restaurants & bar at the hotel. There is also a beautiful garden for hotel guests to read & relax. "
"This is my first time coming to this town and this place that we stay in it. It was in my opinion the best of the best the view, the hospitality and the warmth the owner showed to his guest. I highly recommend it to everyone. "
"We used this B&B to spend the day near the lake. There are so many great places nearby. One day was not enough to visit them all. The host will list nearly lovely places to spend the day. Breakfast is included. Some bread, milk, fruit, juice, and local pastries are perfect for a quick start, and let us continue our journey.
There is a coffee machine with nice Italian coffee capsules.
There is internet and a TV with cable, which you can also use with your Netflix account.
We had a great time....
"Great host! Excellent breakfast!! Cozy and historical location of the B&B in Pasturo. Perfect for families and couples. The owner is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He can provide very good recommendations concerning daily travel trips in the region incl. Lake Como (Lago di Como)."

"The views from the Lake View Terrace rooms were incredible and everything we expected and more!
The firm bed was comfy and the bathroom offering everything you’d expect, with a brilliant shower.
We had a fantastic breakfast each day with very attentive staff ready to organise items not available from the buffet. We had lovely oat milk cappuccinos each morning and decaf options were available.
The onsite restaurant and rooftop bar offered a great option during a rainy day, should you decide for a day at the hotel for some R&R.
We had help organising a transfer to Malpensa airport which saved us 2 hours of public transport (although at a significant cost).
Whilst the hotel is tucked away from the busier areas, buses to Como, Bellagio, Varenna were easy to use (you can pay by card on the bus) and trains are available.
Holiday of a lifetime! "
"Extremely welcoming at check in. Helpful with suggestions. Location is so convenient from the train. Immaculate and quiet.... Such a walkable stunningly gorgeous town. Loved it ...would stay here again in a heartbeat!"
"The property was a unique, family run B&B. The hosts were awesome, very helpful and kind, Giacomo was amazing offering suggestions for exploring the areas around Lake Como, dining options and historical sites in the region. The property and grounds were very well maintained. The pool and garden was a great way to wind down after a day of exploring. On our last day we noticed our rental car had a flat tire, the hosts called one of their friends to repair the tire and escorted us to the shop to get it fixed.
Thank you for a Great stay ‘Jack’ hope to see you soon"
"Me and my family stayed here for a week to go to my brother’s wedding up in Belagio. This place is beautiful and the view is also amazing from the dock. Luciano and his wife were very welcoming and accommodated all of our needs as much as they could. Breakfast options was also great. The locals are very friendly , I befriended two of the local business owners around the area as well. The room we stayed in was the biggest one in the top , we loved the sun roofs. Overall the room service was also great. I definitely recommend Don Abbondio. "
"The staff was unbelievable. So sweet and helpful. We were supposed to stay one night and extended a second. There is a super cute area that is walking distance. The hotel is quiet and beautiful. The restaurants and views are amazing. Renting a boat around the area is also super easy. 10/10! Oh and they are kid and dog friendly. The only thing is I wish the pool was better positioned but whatever. "
