Look forward to a relaxing and carefree holiday in South Tyrol.
The sunny, comfort-oriented Landhaus Anita is situated in the heart of the idyllic South Tyrolean mountain landscape, offering breathtaking views of the Kronplatz ski area (Dolomiti Superski). It is the perfect starting point for numerous skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and climbing tours.
Located in a peaceful yet very well-connected area, you can reach the Kronplatz ski resort on foot (approximately a ten-minute walk) or by bus (the bus stop is directly in front of the house, with a journey time of only two minutes).
For parking at the Percha lift station, we will provide you with an Ekey, allowing you to park your car there free of charge.
If you are travelling by car, Landhaus Anita offers a spacious enclosed garage (61.6 m²), free of charge, with space for up to two cars. The train station is located directly next to the lift and is an eight-minute walk from our house.
The house remains pleasantly cool even during the height of summer, as it is situated at an altitude of 1,000 metres above sea level.
For your daily needs, within an eight-minute walk you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, optician, children's specialty store, and a restaurant. The charming town of Bruneck (4 km away) offers a wide range of shopping opportunities, numerous cafés, a diverse cultural programme, and a Christmas market.
