Oceanside is a well equiped comfortable relaxed house .
Ideal for 2 people , sharing the views, master bedrooms and
Main living. Also brilliant for bigger groups or you have friends joining you the 4 bedrooms give everyone space.
Separate TV room.
There is a bathroom on either side of the house making it ideal for 2 families.
Master bed is huge with ocean views a queen sized bed shares ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 1 has 2 King single beds shares ensuite
Bedroom 3 - Queen sized bed
Bedroom 4 - 2 sets of bunks
Bedrooms 3 & 4 share family bathroom with bath and shower
We have an outside 3rd shower to keeping sand on the beach

Currently we are doing extra cleaning

Full linen can be booked for 30.00 per person
If you prefer bringing your own linen

Spare pillows will be available but away from beds, with doonas and blankets

You can choose to bring your own doonas, pillows and towels. If short on car space bring doona covers, pillow cases and towels.


Shoes are better left outside

Pets are by arrangement we do not have the whole yard enclosed .We have an enclosed dog run along the north side of the house. Dog friendly beach.
Linen can be hired at $30 per person per stay or BYO top and bottom sheets, pillow slips, towels. There are lots of doonas. Pillows and blackets provided.
Bring beach towels.
House is cleaned before each booking.
We ask you leave house tidy and swept., kitchen surfaces wiped and dishwasher empty.
cleaning can be arranged if you prefer.

This is so clients can choose their level of service and budget.

Peppermint grove caravan park is open everyday apart from Tues.
Essencials including coffee and papers.
I found some good sourdough bread.
They have a bottle shop
Ring them to find out when they are doing wood fired pizza.
Worth checking out
Capel also has some great little cafes and a good IGA
Totally recommend stopping at Bunbury Farmers market great food to make easy meals during your stay.

Another lovely stay at this Oceanside property

We had another lovely stay at Sarah’s property. Large house with beautiful beach and ocean views. Short walk down to a beautiful and very quiet beach. The house was clean enough (although not spotless) when we arrived. The local area is peaceful and quiet. It’s easy enough to do day trips to Busselton, Dunsborough, Bunbury etc with a car. Great that we are able to bring our dog on holiday with us. Would happily stay again!

Beautiful spacious home. My family and I enjoyed our stay at the house alot. The view was stunning, and hearing the waves during the day and night was amazing. Would definitely recommend and would consider coming back myself.

Fabulous stay

A fabulous stay in a beautiful and very peaceful location. The house was spotless and well catered for by the owner, everything was clean and in good order. The beach is stunning and our dog had the best time, loved that he could come with us. We had a really nice meal at the local caravan park. Highly recommend and wished we’d booked longer as we only booked the two nights.

An absolute gem

Perfect beachfront property for all the family. As repeat visitors we can highly recommend… although such a beautiful location we would like to keep it secret really ; ) Upgrades to bathrooms and kitchen since we last stayed were great. Peppermint Grove Paradise

Amazing! Cannot fault anything about our recent stay at this fabulous property. We had a lovely time and would recommend that you do not hesitate to book your stay! The house was well presented to a high standard, spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need. Breath-taking views, we saw many whales and dolphins. We will be back for sure! What a view!

We’ve stayed at this property a number of times before. Comfortable home that allows up to two dogs. Everything you need is supplied though you generally need to bring your own linen (can be supplied at an extra cost) and food. The view outside is magnificent- ocean views for miles. Comfortable beds, wifi, washing machine and dryer among other creature comforts. There’s a little shop at the caravan park just as you enter Peppermint Grove, Capel is about a10 minute drive and Busselton about 20-25 minutes away. There’s a good winery, Capel Vale, nearby (close to the highway). Highly recommended.
