Beachfront Mansion by Peppy Beach Retreats® is one of the most unique and stunning properties in South West Australia. Enjoy a memorable stay perfect for large families or groups of friends. Wake up to stunning ocean views and spend your days exploring the Margaret River region, relaxing throughout the huge home, or exploring the magical beach which is just metres away.
Across three sprawling floors, enjoy panoramic views throughout the top two floors with each containing a huge master bedroom and separate kids room. On the ground floor, enjoy a huge rumpus / games room and separate studio bedroom with ensuite. You will have exclusive access to dual street entrances, two kitchens, three bathrooms, and two laundries for ultimate convenience.

THE ENTIRE PROPERTY ("Beachfront Mansion"):
Beachfront Mansion by Peppy Beach Retreats® is spread across three sprawling floors, as explained below:
TOP LEVEL ("Penthouse"):
On the top level (which can be rented separately as "Beachfront Penthouse"), you will enjoy panoramic ocean views from almost everywhere. The master bedroom in Penthouse is 30 m2 (6m x 5m) with a king bed, an extra daybed which turns into a second king bed, stunning views, a study nook, and a huge walk-in-robe which connects to the bathroom. The second bedroom is across the hall (i.e., does not share a wall with the master) and contains a comfortable queen bed.
As for the living areas, the photos speak for themselves: ocean views galore and space for your entire group to relax. Watch the sunset from your spacious balcony before enjoying the cool summer breeze or the woodfired heater in winter, and, regardless of the season, debate which of your guests can sleep under the stars in our amazing conservatory (sunroom) attached to the balcony (see our pictures for the amazing red sky which is taken from this conservatory). Adjacent to the huge living area is the kids' room with a set of bunk beds (double + single) which also has stunning views of the beach. Finally, the Penthouse is entirely self-contained with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and two-car garage.
MID LEVEL ("Villa"):
On the middle floor (which can also be rented separately as "Beachfront Villa") your group will experience the same panoramic views as the Penthouse. The balcony is larger with a huge outdoor dining table, lounge area, and brand new webber BBQ. Inside you have a dedicate lounge / chill area which is perfectly designed with floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the famous Peppy sunsets and possible dolphin sightings. This lounge area also contains two murphy beds for lounging or sleeping for those that would like to wake up to the ocean (we do not count this as one of the bedrooms). Adjacent to this lounge area is a dining area and another living space with a wood fire. The master bedroom in Villa contains a queen-size bed and its own dedicated balcony which has total privacy from the rest of the property. The second bedroom in Villa is huge at 22.3 m2 (4.1m x 5.44m) and contains a single bunk bed set and additional queen bed. Finally, the Villa is also entirely self-contained with a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a bathroom, and a laundry.
Please note that there is no internal access between Penthouse (top level) and Villa (mid level). You walk 15 metres between each level via a private external path. If anyone in your ground has mobility issues we recommend that they stay in Penthouse because there are a few steps. We suggest children stay on the middle or ground floor so that they can use the rumpus room downstairs and can travel between the bottom and middle floor via the internal stairs.
GROUND LEVEL ("Studio"):
The ground level of Beachfront Mansion contains a treasure trove of fun: table tennis, darts, beach equipment, and more. The ground level also contains a very private studio bedroom with its own dedicated courtyard area plus en suite bathroom.
You can access the ground floor form the internal stairs in Villa (mid level) or the external pathway / stairs from Penthouse (top level). It is via the ground level that you will have direct access to Wave Walk and Peppermint Grove Beach, which is literally a stone's throw away.

Parking is available at either of the garages and there is ample additional parking at the Cowrie Court entrance. To the extent that any additional parking is required, the Wave Walk entrance is next to a public car park.
We are dog friendly, but cats are not permitted at the property due to local laws and guest allergies.
